Public bug reported:
When I insert a D-Link DWL-650 (rev I2) pcmcia card into my Dell
Inspiron 4150 running an updated Gutsy Gibbon, the system locks up
immediately. The system is completely unresponsive, even to Alt-
SysRq-b.

I tried booting with addition kernel parameters: noapic acpi=off
I get the same imediate freeze, except that I get a kernel panic message about
a bad EIP, whereas without those boot parameters, the system locks up silently.
