Public bug reported:

tried to install ubuntu 19 on dual boot laptop with windows 7.
installed to previous ubuntu partition which has previously had ubuntu 16, 
ubuntu 17.04 and deepin successfully installed.
Unable to install ubuntu 18.04 which gives same error as ubuntu 19
