When i'm trying to open any media file all system crashes , i use ubuntu 18.04

I make javascript visual effects on an ogg sound file and trying to record it
with kazam , when try to open the recorded file the system crashes and next
when i'm trying to open any media file with any media player system crashes
every time ...
