I updated one of my machines to disco (taking note of the 4.19 kernel)
but I was unable to reproduce this.

Reporters: can you please provide the following information:

- snap info
- snap changes
- journalctl | grep DENIED
- does running "dpkg --configure -a" fixes the issue?
