Note that with the default Human theme, I need to get the pointer to within an area of 4 pixels at the edge of a window to be able to resize it (I know I'm sad, I counted!) On a 1600x1200 monitor, this is a difficult task, and requires great precision. I can't believe this is marked as 'Wishlist'. It's definately a usability bug.
