HI Lech, the situation you described is in upcoming Ubuntu 19.04 But in the meantime libsensors4 is not more published there (this was a library transition with Debian bug #915873 being an issue. This was finalized and fixed by [1]
I tested in a container and can install kubuntu-desktop just fine.
