Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: nfs-user-server

Two users in the German Loco-Forum ubuntuusers.de have reported, that
the nfs-user-server has truncated files to 0 bytes after they upgraded
from Feisty to Gutsy.

Both say that NFS worked fine under Feisty and this phenomenon is new
after the upgrade.

Reading or creating files works as expected, but when overwriting an
existing file the operation terminates with an error message that it's
not possible to save the data and afterwards the file has a size of 0
bytes.

Some important data has already been lost.

One of the users has now switched to the nfs-kernel-server and the
problem disappeared.
