Public bug reported:
I had upgraded Grub due to automatic upgrade in Discover. System failed
to boot next day (first boot after install). Looked for various grub
re-install options through try Linux but several failed so decided to
re-install. On re-install didn't select EFI partition as machine is
dual boot - didn't want to overwrite Windows FAT. Interestingly I think
I did select for installation of bootloader when first installed 18.04
kubuntu so will try that next time.
