Probably your printer suffers the problem shown in the following
upstream bug report on cups-filters:

Please run the following command:

driverless

This will output the URI of your printer. Does it do so? Then run the
following command:

ipptool -tv URI get-printer-attributes.test > ipp-attrs.txt

Replace URI by your printer's URI which you obtained with the first
command. Please attach the resulting ipp-attrs.txt file to this bug.
