@azzar1 correct the upstream change made the snaps reviewable, however the ubuntu-reviews plugin suppresses the ODRS plugin so reviews fail to be posted. We should have patched the NOT_REVIEWABLE quick back in.
I agree it's easier to move forwards and SRU the ODRS change back to Cosmic (bug 1815708).
