Public bug reported:

As I renamed my computer falsely, and wanted back the default given
name, I went back in the installer from the step of setting user name
(and computer name), to the step of setting the location. Then
immediately I clicked continue again to go back to the step of setting
the user name, however for some reason the installer crashed.
