Steps:

1. Start gnome-software
2. Search for GNOME Web
3. Select the snap package
4. Look at the 'Developer' field, where it shows 'Jeremy Bicha'
⇒ Jeremy is not the 'Developer', he is the 'Uploader'.
5. Go back and select the deb package
6. Look at the 'Developer' field, where it shows 'The GNOME Project'
