Steps to reproduce:
1. Install Ubuntu 18.04 LTS
2. Install HWE into it
3. Try to install virtualbox-guest-x11-hwe package
Expected result:
* virtualbox-guest-x11-hwe is installed
Actual results:
* virtualbox-guest-x11-hwe is not installed, show errors:
$ sudo apt install virtualbox-guest-x11-hwe
