i am fairly certain...i think i remember killing firefox and restarting it...after doing so i received the same error message...
next time it happens ill try to kill and restart and we will find out...would make sense that you are right however since its happened so rarely... could it be - that if i opened a firefox session from thunderbird the issue would remain even if i closed and re-opened firefox?
