Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better.

>From DpkgTerminalLog.gz looks like the upgrade process got interrupted
while waiting for input from your side (e.g. ssh disconnected during the
upgrade):

Configuration file '/etc/apache2/apache2.conf'
==> Modified (by you or by a script) since installation.
==> Package distributor has shipped an updated version.
What would you like to do about it ? Your options are:
    Y or I : install the package maintainer's version
    N or O : keep your currently-installed version
D : show the differences between the versions
Z : start a shell to examine the situation
The default action is to keep your current version.
*** apache2.conf (Y/I/N/O/D/Z) [default=N] ? dpkg: error processing package
apache2 (--configure):
end of file on stdin at conffile prompt

Since there isn't enough information in your report to differentiate between a
local configuration problem and a bug in Ubuntu, I'm marking this bug as
Incomplete.

If indeed this is a local configuration problem, you can find pointers
to get help for this sort of problem here:
http://www.ubuntu.com/support/community

Or if you believe that this is really a bug, then you may find it
helpful to read "How to report bugs effectively"
http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/bugs.html. We'd be grateful
if you would then provide a more complete description of the problem,
explain why you believe this is a bug in Ubuntu rather than a problem
specific to your system, and then change the bug status back to New.

** Changed in: apache2 (Ubuntu)
       Status: New => Incomplete
