Steps to reproduce:
1. Setup the option, preference, playlist tab, misc sub-tab, Save a copy of the
playlist on exit.
2. Drop some files into the playlist,
3. Drop an iso movie into the playlist,
4. Double click on the DVD iso.
Result: The playlist is emptied and replaced by some iso file entries.
Wanted result: The list of iso entries should be happened at the end of the
playlist instead of replacing it.

This is SMPlayer v. 18.2.2 (revision 8937) running on Linux
