I've just downloaded daily ubutun from http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily-
live/current/ and I can confirm that the issue is still happening on my
machine:

OTH, the workaround from http://askubuntu.com/a/262364/175109 seems to
work, but I can't enable two-finger-scroll nor touch-to-click.
