Public bug reported:
Fresh install of 18.04.2 Server on VMware ESXi 6.7u1 host using ISO
ubuntu-18.04.2-live-server-amd64.iso (sha256 verified). VMXNET 3 network
adapter used. During the install, the network adapter successfully pulls
an IP via DHCP. When the interface is selected and the Info action is
chosen, the installer crashes and starts over. Also, when setting
manual IPv4 information, selecting Save crashes the installer and starts
over.
