Public bug reported:
there's an extended version of the ricochet protocol up and running at
https://openprivacy.ca/work/cwtch/
but this apparently requires the use of v3 onions, which ricochet doesn't
support.
This would probably look like a multi step process
1) have ricochet allow v3 onions to be used internally
2) have ricochet allow v3 onions to be used for authentication
3) have ricochet follow the extended version of the protocol that cwtch uses.
