I believe that's been fixed since this is from the 2.6.9-1 package:
dh_link -plibfko3-dev $(LIB_LIBFKODEV)/libfko.so.3.0.0
$(LIB_LIBFKODEV)/libfko.so
Please reopen if that's not the case.
