No, it should be fine, a new version of the indicator migrated out of
disco-proposed before the new gnome-shell version was ready, we deleted
it now. You can either reinstall

appindicator/22-1/+build/14875546/+files/gnome-shell-extension-
appindicator_22-1_all.deb to restore the functionality until the new
gnome-shell stack become available for all users
