what happens:
when you select a block of text >1000 characters, it is truncated to
1000 characters
what should happen:
ricochet should either send in batches of 1000 or just let you send a message
>1000 characters long, either way obscuring any technical limitation on how
much is sent per message to the user
ubuntu: 18.04 bionic LTS
ricochet: 1.1.4-2build1
(this also happens on another platform with an earlier build of
ricochet).
