Public bug reported:

"targetcli-fb" uses a backup dir to store a history of configurations.
By default this is: "/etc/rtslib-fb-target/backup/".

This mechanism is already active and working in a default install, when
the user manually creates this directory. I think this is an omission of
the packages installer.
