Public bug reported:

I am using Unity on Wayland and I have my screen scaling set to 150% in
the Displays panel. When I click on the flameshot icon in my top bar and
select "Take Screenshot", the screen zooms in on only part of the actual
content, i.e., it gets cut off, and I can't take a sceenshot of the
section of the screen I want.

If I change the scaling to 100% and try again it works just fine.

If I change the scaling to 200% and try again it fails again, so I don't
think this is necessarily an issue with the new fractional scaling
feature, though it still could be, given that the fractional scaling
feature might change how things work behind the scenes in a way that
confuses flameshot even when the requested scaling is not fractional.
