[Impact]
The package is new to the releases and contains integration utilities
for Ubuntu when Ubuntu is run in WSL.
[Test Case]
* Install the package in Ubuntu on WSL and observe the shipped commands
working:
wslfetch wslupath wslview
[Regression Potential]
Since the package is new it may not cause regressions by being broken.
