You missed this change in the changelog:
- Replace exim4 with postfix in Depends.
Personally, I don't know why these two changes were implemented in the
first place:
- Add RewriteBase /drupal5
- Replace exim4 with postfix in Depends.
assuming they are still to be carried over the merge looks ok.
Please also remove from the debdiff anything extraneous to your changes.
