HP Compaq dc7900sff with E8400 processor arduino programmer can not upload a
sketch to arduino uno board. USB seems to connect and creates /dev/ttyACM0
connection but when trying to upload a sketch it says the board is not
responding. I tried many times booted to earlier kernels and everything works
just fine, then back to 4.13.0-26-lowlatency and the board does not respond ..
can not upload a sketch.
