ALSA Mixer will save Xonar DX volume changes from default but fails to
store Line Capture as true/on after reboot.
/var/lib/alsa/asound.state does show my device state.DX, control.20,
'Line Capture Switch', value true and will change to false when changed
in alsamixer, so I know I have the correct control, but it doesn't load
at boot as true. This worked fine in US 18.04. I even went back to the
old alsactl store but that didn't help. It's storing, just not loading.
