+ Using tar with: tar -cpf ... the incremtal function dont work.
Without compressing tar always produce a full backup archive.
-

tar-version: GNU tar 1.29 on Ubuntu Bionic Beaver 18.04.2

Making achives over network using Samba cifs

  /etc/fstab:
- //192.168.178.165/x /home/asterix/carola cifs
auto,rw,users,username=asterix,password=selbst,uid=asterix,gid=asterix 0 0
+ //192.168.178.165/x /home/asterix/carola cifs
auto,rw,users,username=asterix,password=leo,uid=asterix,gid=asterix 0 0

Now i am using the compression, but thereby the backuptime is much
  longer.

  Thank you for Ubuntu/Linux :-)
