Public bug reported: Steps to reproduce: 1. Install Ubuntu 19.04 from daily iso 2. Install Scilab with `sudo apt install scilab` 3. Launch Scilab from terminal with `scilab` 4. Try to update ATOMS cache from scilab's console with `atomsSystemUpdate()`
