But I guess that makes sense. But please test (manually) some Flash doing scrolling. It's necessary to adjust the wheel deltas before updating wheel transaction which is automatically done in ComputeScrollTarget(). And unfortunately, I don't find Flash contents which have horizontal scroll. As far as I read Action Script documents, Action Script doesn't support horizontal wheel events. Therefore, Flash contents cannot handle horizontal scroll anyway. I don't know about the scrollable contents in Flash.
