Was able to solve it as well with updated driver from Intel for a ThinkCentre M920x running with dual boot setup with win10: filename: /lib/modules/4.15.0-46-generic/updates/drivers/net/ethernet/intel/e1000e/e1000e.ko version: 3.4.2.1-NAPI license: GPL description: Intel(R) PRO/1000 Network Driver author: Intel Corporation, <linux.n...@intel.com>
But the effort of re-signing the driver in a secure boot setup for every update ahead seems not to be a feasible long term solution. So a solution of this issue would be still appreciated. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1785171 Title: Intel I219-V Ethernet Interface on Ubuntu Linux Using e1000e Driver keeps Dropping Internet Connection To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1785171/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
