there is no + button in the tab bar (actually the tab bar doesn't even show the current tab). Ctrl + T does nothing, control + click on link does nothing. opening eg, preferences from the hamburger menu (which usually tries to open in a new tab) does nothing. safe mode does work, but disabling/removing all extensions does not. fresh profile works, and installing all the same extensions to the fresh profile still works.
