a new bug for it or as it seems to be more a support request than a bug
go to community pages like e.g. askubuntu.com with your issue.

@Michael - well if you have the same issue as reported here - then
please follow the guidance provided in comment #4. If you have a
different issue, then please open a new bug and add more details.

@Gustavo - this bug expired for a reason, all people affected had in
fact a broken setup with a hostname that was an invalid FQDN - therefore
setting it back from expired to confirmed will not make it "more"
actionable - the package can't help here, it is the system setup that
needs to be adapted to fix the issue.
