Issue still persists in initramfs-tools - 0.130ubuntu3.7 version

ii initramfs-tools-bin 0.130ubuntu3.7
ii initramfs-tools-core 0.130ubuntu3.7
$cat /etc/initramfs-tools/conf.d/resume
RESUME=UUID=115a16f5-bb9a-4ff2-a7b7-cf143deefcd4
RESUME=auto / none works fine as a workaround. Also removing this file
"/etc/initramfs-tools/conf.d/resume " also fixed the issue.
I tested on virtual box. tested with 4.15.0.29 generic kernel also.
