The kernel 5.1.0-050100rc1 boots successfully, but it's necessary for my system to log in via ssh since the nvidia driver is missing.
Is bisection still necessary (it's a lot of work) when we know that 5.1 boots fine? I can wait until there's a 5.1 kernel and do with 4.19 until then. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1820695 Title: 5.0.0 kernels (5.0.0-7 and 5.0.0-8) don't boot To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1820695/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
