Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-screensaver

I use gutsy on a T41 thinkpad (with Mobility FireGL 9000), and I
regularly lock screen with "Lock Screen" button of the
logout/lock/switch applet. Because of the bug #22045, it often starts to
flicker and other people in the room are getting mad. To alleviate the
problem, I select a single non-intrusive "theme" in the screensaver
settings (e.g. slideshow or blank screen), but that setting has no
effect: regardless of the setting, random screensaver starts. I believe
that pressing "lock screen" button should invoke the screensaver
selected in the settings.

** Affects: gnome-screensaver (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
