Public bug reported: Summary: snd_pcm_dsnoop_open unable to open slave when recording sound via headset
Steps to reproduce: 1. Plugged in headset and select headset mode 2. Use the command to record sound $ arecord -d 5 ./Documents/test.wav 3. The error returns: ALSA lib pcm_dsnoop.c:638:(snd_pcm_dsnoop_open) unable to open slave arecord: main:828: audio open error: Device or resource busy Note: The issuce can be reproduced within 1~5 times Expected result: The system can record sound Actual result: The system can't record sound Failure rate: 100% ----- bios-version: 1.6.0 CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8850H CPU @ 2.60GHz (12x) system-manufacturer: Dell Inc.
