For dapper server it is working and it has been working for a long time (yes, I have a dapper server working):

The client may give you trouble, but with the server you will at least get some hope. I have contacted Jorge C (now the-ubuntu-guy-who-talks-to-upstream- projects) and he said he will be talking to the (Novell) ifolder guys. He is really busy with his job on other issues, but I'm sure we will get to iFolder in time for Hardy. I read somewhere in the wiki that for newer ubuntu version the mod_mono (mono plug-in for apache) package is broken... So just try it on dapper. I KNOW it works. After all I've been waiting over 2 years now, 6 months give or take will not makle a difference.
