Therefore, all Ubuntu changes have now been merged into Debian, and we
can now sync to end (for the time being) divergence between Ubuntu and
Debian for this package.

+ * debian/patches/01_lsb_version.dpatch: an updated version of the patch
merged into Debian (not as a dpatch), 0.11-3 test-built by me and the patch
confirmed to work on Ubuntu.
+ * Added dh_icons to debian/rules: done in Debian.
+ * Added dpatch to build-deps and debian/rules: no longer needed, as the only
patch has been merged into Debian without dpatch.
