OK:
1. disable visual effects (appearance -> visual effects -> none)
2. start tsclient and open RDP connection to a host, enable fullscreen by
default
3. you can now switch to windowed mode with ctrl+alt+enter
Bug:

3. ctrl+alt+enter just juggles the screen around, but it stays fullscreen, you
have to exit the session to get back to your desktop
