Public bug reported:
I've been having a problem with ubuntu since last week. It now happens
every time I switch the PC on. I will boot up gutsy kernel
2.6.22-14-generic and the process will hang/jam at the bottom end of the
progress bar. I will hold the power button down on the pc to switch it
off. I will then reboot a second time and it will work fine. I cannot
understand why it will always boot the second time but not the first?!
Please help!
