* debian/patches/arm/unsubmitted-ldso-abi-check.diff: Fix rtld segv in
dl_open() introduced via merge with upstream at 2.28 (LP: #1821677)
* debian/testsuite-xfail-debian.mk: XFAIL new tst-support_descriptors.
