You have been subscribed to a public bug:
If you open some menus when entering them you can observe a slight shift
of the menus.
To reproduce
Launch Document viewer
Click on file, enter inside the menu
=> Bug the menu shift once the mouse enters the menu
This also happens on libre-office menus.
With other theme i cannot observe this behaviour.
