Local creation with a apparmor seclabel fails the same as the migration,
so we can ignore all "migration specials".
To test that add:
<seclabel type='dynamic' model='apparmor' relabel='yes'/>
<seclabel type='dynamic' model='dac' relabel='yes'/>
to /usr/share/uvtool/libvirt/template.xml
And run uvt-kvm create again
