Expected results:
1. Perform a fresh Lubuntu Disco Dingo installation with no network.
2. Reboot the system. 
3. On first boot, while the system is still disconnected, issue `ubuntu-drivers 
autoinstall` to install Nvidia display drivers.
4. Nvidia display drivers are installed.

Actual results:
1. ubuntu-drivers attempts to connect to the Internet (system is disconnected) 
and drivers fail to install.
