/usr/share/rubygems-integration/all/gems/vagrant-2.0.2/plugins/provisioners/ansible/cap/guest/ubuntu/ansible_install.rb
line 22, vagrant tries to install 'software-properties-common' and
'python-software-properties' on bionic VM.
This failed ('python-software-properties' does not exist and is replaced by
'python3-software-properties').
The 'python-software-properties' hardcoded dependency can be removed
altogether, as the right dependencies (including the correct
'python3-software-properties') will be pulled by apt.
