** Description changed: Ubuntu Disco currently has MAAS 2.5.0. This is a Standing Feature Freeze Exception request for MAAS 2.6.0 beta 1 release. Dependencies & Upgrade ====================== MAAS 2.6 has introduced the following features: - HTTP boot for amd64/arm64 - ESXi storage support - ESXi vCenter registration - DB performance improvements - UI performance improvements - TFTP performance improvements - Performance profiling and tracking. + - OpenBMC power driver + - Better boot process output. Upcoming releases are targeted to only include bug fixes. Testing ====== Testing performed: - CI testing - Manual UI testing - Fresh install testing - Upgrade testing Releases ======= Current beta release contains all features targeted for 2.6. Currently sits in beta due to continues UI work.
