I have no ceph system around, but I asked for how the storage appears there. Once I get that back we'd have something to compare.
Further that log almost seems as if the guest would die after trying to attach. But seeing that you report `lsblk` from the guest it must be alive right? @Jose I'm wondering what libvirt "thinks" in your case it has attached.
