I have no ceph system around, but I asked for how the storage appears there.
Once I get that back we'd have something to compare.

Further that log almost seems as if the guest would die after trying to attach.
But seeing that you report `lsblk` from the guest it must be alive right?

@Jose I'm wondering what libvirt "thinks" in your case it has attached.

Could you check:
$ virsh domblklist <domain>
$ virsh domblkinfo <domain> --all --human

and report that here?
