Problem: I'm unable to install the linux-gke-4.15 kernel in Bionic from
the -proposed archive.
I can see the package available...
linux-gke-4.15:
Installed: (none)
Candidate: 4.15.0.1030.32

However, during install....
$ sudo apt-get install linux-gke-4.15
